MISSIONS

Intégré dans notre équipe ALCADIA Paris dans les locaux de notre client, l’Ingénieur(e) F-H que nous recherchons mènera des activités d’ingénierie Sureté de Fonctionnement et de Qualité technique dans le cadre de projets spatiaux.

Pour assurer cette mission, le candidat aura à réaliser les activités parmi lesquelles :

• La prise en charge la gestion des points critiques.

PROFIL

Ingénieur F-H de formation généraliste et/ou Sureté de Fonctionnement, avec des connaissances dans les domaines des lanceurs et les systèmes de lancement, du secteur du spatial.

Vous disposez d’une expérience 2 à 5 ans au moins en Sureté de Fonctionnement et en mise en œuvre et essais ainsi qu’une connaissance dans le domaine des systèmes de lancement spatiaux (Lanceur et base de lancement).

MISSIONS

ALCADIA is seeking an experienced Schedule and Risk Management Engineer to support ESA's CIP programmes and projects.

The successful candidate will provide expert planning, schedule control and risk management support to ESA Project Managers, Project Controllers and project teams.

The role covers baseline development, industrial schedule assessment, critical path analysis, schedule risk analysis, reporting, recovery planning and continuous improvement of methods and tools.

Schedule Planning and Control

•  Coordinate schedule and risk support across projects, ensuring harmonised approaches, tools, processes and reporting.

•  Develop, configure, maintain and control project baseline and working schedules in coordination with ESA project teams.

•  Analyse schedules received from industrial consortia using quality metrics, critical path analysis, float analysis and agreed schedule KPIs.

•  Monitor schedule performance against the approved baseline and prepare deviation reports, milestone trend charts, dashboards and periodic status reports.

The successful candidate will have authority over the service team, act as the main operational interface with ESA and ensure the implementation of the applicable EFC3 management requirements.

The role also includes senior support to project administration, procurement, project control and management reporting activities.

The position combines configuration and data management with documentation management in order to ensure coherent control of project information, baselines, data repositories, review data packs, records and formal documentation.

The successful candidate will interface with ESA project teams, industrial consortia, international partners, Information Security, data protection and documentation stakeholders.

Configuration and Data Management

•  Coordinate configuration and data management activities and establish harmonised approaches, processes, tools and repositories across CIP projects.

•  Implement and maintain project information structures, electronic configuration records, data repositories, access rights, storage and archiving processes.

•  Ensure the correctness, availability, reliability, traceability and security of project information and coordinate with ESA IT, Information Security, PSSOs and data protection focal points.

Vous disposez d’une expérience professionnelle (3 ans minimum) dans le domaine du dimensionnement et de la mise en service de systèmes de Contrôle Commande (hardware et software).

Vos connaissances en systèmes électriques/électroniques embarqués, électrique, hardware, réseaux de communication, et/ou en logiciel temps réel sont un plus, de même qu’une expérience dans le domaine spatial ou la connaissance des systèmes de lancement et/ou du Centre Spatial Guyanais.

Vous devrez être capable de vous adapter facilement au travail au sein d’une équipe multidisciplinaire, faire preuve d’autonomie, et être force de proposition sur des sujets techniques divers. La nature même de la mission vis-à-vis de notre client doivent vous permettre d’être autonome techniquement et d’apporter une analyse croisée sur les documents qui vous seront soumis. Un esprit critique, et une rigueur technique sont les éléments clefs de la mission.

Maîtrise indispensable du français et l’anglais rédactionnel et technique dans le cadre d’un environnement international. Votre bon relationnel sera un de vos atouts majeurs pour une intégration rapide dans les équipes projet.

MISSIONS

Intégré directement dans l’équipe ALCADIA chez notre client à LYON, vous interviendrez sur des thématiques Etudes d’Impacts Environnements et Risques Conventionnels dans le cadre du projet EPR2.

Votre mission sera de réaliser un ensemble d’études et de livrables contribuant à la démonstration de la sûreté et à la protection des intérêts, en particulier dans le cadre du Rapport de Sûreté. À ce titre, vous interviendrez sur :

• La réalisation d’Études d’Impact Environnemental, incluant par exemple l’analyse de la provenance et du traitement des rejets liquides et gazeux.
• L’élaboration d’études de potentiels de dangers liées aux installations et aux activités du projet.
• L’analyse des conditions de stockage des produits dangereux et l’évaluation des risques associés.
• La rédaction de notes d’identification des matériels importants
• L’étude des impacts des modifications de conception, afin d’en évaluer les conséquences sur la sûreté et l’environnement.

PROFIL

De formation Ingénieur généraliste, vous disposez d’une spécialisation en maîtrise des risques et/ou en études environnementales. Vous justifiez d’une première expérience d’au moins 2 ans dans un environnement industriel exigeant, idéalement au sein du secteur nucléaire.

Vous maîtrisez notamment :

• Les Études d’Impact Environnemental, incluant les études de dangers conventionnels et les EIPR applicables à une INB en phase d’exploitation ou de construction.
• Les risques conventionnels : risques industriels, ATEX, nuisances sonores, explosions de gaz.

Des connaissances ou expériences dans les domaines suivants constituent un atout significatif :

• Fonctionnement et spécificités techniques d’un îlot nucléaire (IN) de centrale REP/EPR.
• Réglementations ICPE, IOTA, SEVESO.
• Conception des systèmes fluides d’un REP/EPR.
• Réglementations applicables aux INB.
• Études incendie (calculs de volumes d’eau, gestion des effluents).
• Utilisation des logiciels PHAST, SMOKE, PLM Dassault 3Dx.
• Études de sûreté, notamment celles portant sur les agressions.

Vous faites preuve d’excellentes capacités rédactionnelles, d’organisation et de synthèse. Votre rigueur, votre sens du détail et votre esprit critique sont des atouts essentiels pour réussir dans ce poste.

Vous évoluerez au sein d’une équipe francophone, avec une partie de la documentation technique à produire en anglais. Vous savez conjuguer autonomie et travail collaboratif, et vous appréciez les environnements techniques complexes.
